By virtue of the above, both parties agree that the signing of this contract implies the acceptance of all the clauses and conditions described herein. The lessee agrees to use the vehicle in accordance with current regulations and to return it in the same condition in which it was received, except for normal wear and tear. Any non-compliance may result in penalties as stipulated in this document.
Finally, both parties agree to resolve amicably any dispute that may arise in relation to this contract. If this is not possible, they submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them. This contract enters into force from the date of signature and will remain in force until full compliance with the obligations established herein.
